FAQs

How can I pay for the seminar?
Payment can be made by PayPal or with any major credit card. We do not accept checks or money orders. The most convenient way is to register and make payment online. If you have any difficulties with registering or making payment, call us at 1-610-715-0115.

Are there discounts for students?
We do not offer discounts for students.

Do you offer any other discounts?
We offer a discount to those who register for a course more than 30 days in advance.  In addition, group discounts are available for certain courses.  Please call 1-610-715-0115 for details.

How can I get a hotel room?
For each seminar, a block of rooms is reserved at an onsite or nearby hotel, often at reduced rates. You must make your own reservation and payment arrangements. On the webpage for each seminar, you will find detailed information on the hotel and how to register. It is important to follow the registration instructions exactly as written. It’s also important to make your hotel reservation early because rooms are often released a month before the seminar begins.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel your registration at least two weeks prior to the start of your seminar, you will receive a full refund (minus a $50 processing fee).

Can I bring my laptop to the seminar?
You’re always welcome to bring your laptop. Power outlets are provided for “hands-on” seminars that include computer exercises. And if the instruction requires internet access, WiFi will also be provided. Power and WiFi are often available for other seminars as well, but are not guaranteed.

What is the daily schedule for a seminar?
Most of our seminars run from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day, with a one-hour break for lunch. A few seminars end at 4 p.m., and that will be noted in the course description.

Do you ever cancel a seminar?
We do everthing possible to avoid cancelling seminars, but severe weather or instructor illness could require cancellation. In the rare event that your seminar is cancelled, you will get a full refund of the enrollment fee. Or, if you prefer, you can get a credit toward a future seminar.

Do you offer continuing education credit?
No, we do not.
