How can I pay for the seminar?
Payment can be made by PayPal or with any major credit card. We do not accept checks or money orders. The most convenient way is to register and make payment online. If you have any difficulties with registering or making payment, call us at 1-610-715-0115. 

Are there discounts for students?
We do not offer discounts for students.

Do you ever cancel a seminar?
We do everything possible to avoid cancelling seminars. In the rare event that your seminar is cancelled, you will get a full refund of the enrollment fee. Or, if you prefer, you can get a credit toward a future seminar.

Do you offer continuing education credit?
No, we do not.

Do you provide Certificates of Completion?
Yes, upon request.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel your registration for any seminar at least two weeks prior to the start date, you will receive a full refund (minus a $50 processing fee).

What is the difference between an “on demand” and a “remote” seminar?
An “on demand” seminar is self-paced and you can learn at your own convenience. The seminar is typically made up of a series of four weekly installments of videos and requires about 6-10 hours/week of work. The videos are pre-recorded. The seminar may contain quizzes, readings, and assignments to enhance and gauge learning. You have the opportunity to interact with the course instructor via an online discussion board.

A “remote” seminar is held over several days via Zoom. Participants join each day for a lecture and exercises. In addition, the instructor also hosts live “office hours” to go over exercise solutions and to allow participants to ask questions. You can join asynchronously if you are unable to attend all lectures by viewing the recorded sessions later in the day. Videos of each session will be made available to participants for 1 week following the course.
