Ricki brings a diverse background of operations, recruiting, and legal experience to the team. Most recently, she served as the Recruiting and Operations Specialist at a government contractor providing technical and management support services to the Department of Defense and other federal agencies.
Ricki has also worked for several companies in both the public and private sectors, including law firms and recruiting agencies. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Lehigh University and received her J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law.
